Wreath Order Form (for customers)
Use this form to place your holiday wreath or swag order. Please include the athlete you are purchasing from so they receive credit for your purchase. Orders are due by November 23, with pickup in Yamhill the Saturday/Sunday after Thanksgiving
Wreath Fundraiser
Support our athletes and spread some holiday cheer! Each wreath sold helps reduce player fees — a percentage of every sale goes directly toward your athlete’s account.
What’s Available
- 18" Swag — $25
- 36" Wreath — $55 (batches measure ~36–38")
- 24" Wreath — $30 (batches measure ~22–24")
Each piece is crafted with care: fir base, clusters of berried juniper, accents of incense cedar, and Ponderosa pinecones.

- Order Deadline: November 23, 2025
- Pickup: November 30, 2025 — Yamhill (details to follow)
How to Participate
- Download/Print the order form and collect payments from customers.
- Spread the word — share with coworkers, friends, family, and on social media.
- Turn in totals using the Total Product Sold form (see below).
Accepted Payments
- Option 1: Athlete or parent collects all payments and turns everything in together at pickup.
Option 2: Customers may pay YC Volleyball directly by check (YC Volleyball), or Venmo/Cash App — be sure to include the athlete’s name in the payment notes.
Late orders after Nov 23? Keep updating your form — we’ll have extra wreaths available at pickup while supplies last.

Citrus Fundraiser - Customer Order Form
Use this form to place your Citrus Fundraiser order! Please include the athlete you are purchasing from so they receive credit for your purchase. Orders are due by November 27, with pickup/delivery in early December in Yamhill.
Pie Fundraiser - Customer Order Form
Use this form to place your Blue Raeven Pie Fundraiser order! Please include the athlete you are purchasing from so they receive credit for your purchase. Orders are due by November 5 for Thanksgiving and December 12 for Holiday pies, with pickup in Yamhill before each holiday.

Track Your Sales
Athletes/families should record sales using the Total Product Sold form. You can update:
- Weekly, monthly, or
- All at once by the deadline.
If additional items are sold after submitting your totals, please complete the form again with only the new sales.
